Car electric cost compare with the fuel one

With the  engineer school of   Barcelona (Escola  Técnica Superior  d'Enginyers  Indus-
trials de Barcelona) we create an computer program "Compcost" able to calculate  the
total running cost of an electric against fuel car.

Example : One customer wants to buy an electric car of 10.000 $ cost  or a fuel one of 8.000 $ cost. Both must
run 15.000 km by year and,as you can see in the graphics in the four year the electric car will be cheaper than
the fuel one.

           Speed                                  : 20 km/h
           Autonomy                               : 15 km
           Màx. ramp                              : 15 %
